Specifically for AirBNB and rental properties, this package covers basic monthly maintenance tasks around the rental unit and includes the opportunity to schedule 24 hours of service per year, averaging 2 hours per month.
The first visit during your maintenance plan is for the purpose of a complete evaluation of your property. Our team will inspect your entire property, inside and outside, noting any potential problems. After your first inspection, you will receive a customized plan.
Included Service
General Maintenance & Inspection
- Conduct a monthly inspection of the entire property, including all rooms, common areas, and exterior spaces.
- Check for any signs of damage, wear and tear, or potential safety hazards.
- Evaluate the functionality of appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
- Inspect fire safety equipment, such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Examine locks, windows, and doors for security and functionality.
Handyman Services
- Provide two (2) hours of handyman service per monthly visit to address minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and guest requests.
- Perform basic repairs for plumbing and electrical issues, furniture assembly and installation, painting touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks.
- Address any immediate maintenance concerns reported by guests during their stay.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide the Airbnb owner with a detailed monthly report outlining the maintenance tasks performed, repairs made, and any recommendations for further action.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Airbnb owner to address any specific concerns, coordinate scheduling, and discuss additional maintenance needs.
Pricing & Additional Services
Additional services, beyond the allocated two (2) hours per visit, can be discussed and priced separately based on the requested tasks.
